Consistency is key! With a progressive program built around your goals, you'll be sure to stay on track. Meet with your trainer weekly for coach led sessions, and have the freedom to complete your workouts independently. Perfect if you want to follow an app-based, structured plan with real time support.

PT Block Sessions
Commit to your fitness journey while maintaining flexibility with block booked PT sessions. You can arrange the sessions around your schedule, allowing for breaks as you need them without losing your investment. Ideal for those seeking balance, adaptability and sustained results over a longer timeframe.

2:1 or Small Group PT
Get results together with 2:1 or 3:1 PT sessions - the structure, coaching and accountability you'd expect from 1:1 PT sessions, but with the added bonus of shared energy! Whether you're training for a competition, prefer to train with a partner, or simply enjoy a group vibe, you'll get all the benefits of having a PT with a partner (or two).
